SIM800L Wireless Quad-band Module (GPRS/GSM/SMS)

SIM800L Quad Band Network GPRS GSM Breakout Module with Micro SIM Card is an ultra-compact quad-band cellular module, which is based on SIM800L Quad-Band GPRS/GSM chip. This chip is operated in GSM 850MHz, EGSM 900MHz, DCS 1800MHz and PCS 1900MHz. SIM800 supports GPRS multi-slot class 12/ class 10 (optional) and supports the GPRS coding schemes CS-1, CS-2, CS-3 and CS-4. Thus by this module can easily and fastly wireless contacting, to call, send and receive SMS, with a low cost and long-distance. 
This module has a SIM card slot, and a TF memory card slot. Also, it has an onboard LED indicator to show connection state with static light,  no network coverage with fast blinking, and logged in with slow blinking. This board has two external antennas, an spring wire which is directly soldered to the board for narrow places, and a PCB antenna with double-sided tape and extended by pigtail cable with IPX connector. This module can handle high power consumption with a maximum current of 2A, but the voltage peak allowed on UART is 2.8V, otherwise may be burned.
